1 General Provisions

gslt20 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "gslt20") is an online betting and gaming platform that provides services to players in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all services, features, and activities on the platform.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirement

• No person under the age of 21 may open an account or use the services on gslt20.
• gslt20 may request a government-issued ID or other documents at any time to verify age.
• Providing a false age will result in immediate account closure and any deposited funds may be forfeited.
• Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that minor members of their household do not use this platform.

3 Account Registration

When registering an account on gslt20, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. If anything changes, you must update your information as soon as possible.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per individual, household, residence, device, or IP address. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all accounts being closed and bonuses being forfeited.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

gslt20 follows an account verification process (KYC) to prevent fraud and ensure security. Before processing a withdrawal, or at any time, we may request the following documents:

• Copy of National Identity Card (NID) or passport
• Proof of current address
• Verification of the payment method used

Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete.

4 Account Security

All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The deposit method and your account must be under the same name — third-party deposits are not accepted.

5.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). For fully verified accounts, withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.

• Withdrawals must be made using the same method that was used for the deposit.
• Large withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is complete.
• gslt20 reserves the right to suspend or cancel withdrawals if fraud or money laundering is suspected.
• Winnings related to a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements for that bonus have been met.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

gslt20 offers various bonuses and promotions for new and existing players. Each bonus has its own applicable terms.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times (20x). This means that to withdraw the bonus, you must place bets totaling 20 times the bonus amount.

• The bonus must be claimed within 30 days of account registration.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the wagering requirements must be met first.
• Claiming bonuses across multiple accounts belonging to the same person or household is prohibited.
• gslt20 reserves the right to withdraw or modify bonuses at any time.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, winnings may be forfeited.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activities on gslt20 are governed by these rules. Violations may result in bets being voided and accounts being suspended.

7.1 General Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, the affected bet will be considered void.
• The maximum bet limit for an event is set by gslt20 and may change at any time.
• Betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and all other sports is determined by the official result of the respective sport.

7.2 Slots and Casino Games

• All slots and casino games use RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, which ensures fair outcomes.
• If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a technical issue, gslt20 will attempt to refund the bet for the affected round.
• In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final.

7.3 VIP Program

The gslt20 VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback is awarded at each tier — starting from 0.2% at Bronze and going up to a maximum of 0.8% at the Diamond tier. Players can advance to higher tiers based on their gaming activity and consistency.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds:

• Using the platform for money laundering or to clean illegally obtained funds.
• Conducting betting activities through bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Bonus hunting — opening multiple accounts solely to take advantage of bonus offers.
• Collusion or following fraudulent betting strategies as a group.
• Attempting to hack the platform's systems or exploit security vulnerabilities.
• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language toward other users.
• Opening an account using a false identity or another person's identity.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the gslt20 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, databases, and other materials — is protected by intellectual property laws belonging to gslt20.

• No content may be reproduced, distributed, or modified without our written permission.
• Game software is subject to the intellectual property rights of the respective provider, and gslt20 makes it available only under license.
• Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive permission to access the platform for personal, non-commercial use.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gslt20 is not liable for the following:

• Financial losses resulting from a user's own negligence or personal decisions.
• Game interruptions caused by loss of internet connection or third-party service failures.
• Service disruptions caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.).
• Loss of data stored on a user's device.

12 Account Closure

12.2 Closure at gslt20's Initiative

gslt20 may close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of the terms and conditions or involvement in prohibited activities.
• Providing false information or identity fraud.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or refusal to cooperate.
• Suspicion of money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Account remaining inactive for an extended period.

If an account is closed due to a breach of terms and conditions, any bonuses and related winnings may be forfeited. However, actual deposited funds may be returned subject to investigation.

13 Dispute Resolution

• Continuing to use the platform after updated terms and conditions are published means acceptance of the new terms.
